摘　　要：“学习强国”学习平台,整合传统媒体和新媒体,以其内容、技术、组织管理形式等创新,为高校学习型组织提供了新载体,拓展了高校基层党建工作新阵地,但也面临学习资源缺乏统筹、宣传力度不够、组织管理体系不完善等挑战。The learning platform,“Learning More to Make Our Country Stronger”,makes innovation in its contents,technology and organization management forms by integrating traditional media with new media.The platform has provided the new carrier for college learning-orientated organizations,expanding the new position for basic-level Party construction in the college.However,it is faced with new challenges such as lack of study resources,publicity insufficiency,imperfection in the organization management system,etc.
