摘　　要：区块链技术在慈善信托方面体现独特的优势。区块链技术下的数字货币,已被富达慈善基金、灰度投资应用于货币捐赠和信托中,数字货币在慈善信托场景的发展潜力无限,可将慈善信托作为数字货币未来应用的重要场景,有效解决传统慈善信托的固有问题,助力我国慈善信托蓬勃发展。Blockchain technology has the unique advantage in charitable trusts.The digital currency under the blockchain technology has been applied in donation and trust by Fidelity Charity Fund and Grayscale Investment,which manifest infinite development potentials of digital currency in the field of charitable trusts.The application of digital currency in the field of charitable trusts can effectively solve the inherent problems of traditional charitable trusts,and help charitable trusts flourish in China.
