摘　　要：针对航天产品研制生产特点开展标准操作规范(Standard Operation Procedure, SOP)文件体系及工作模式研究,理清SOP编制和使用的工作流程和管理模式,明确SOP、工艺规范、工艺规程的相互关系和应用场景。介绍了典型核心专业和产品开展SOP体系建设的方法和经验,以及基于结构化工艺设计平台的SOP编制管理平台开发情况,供读者参考借鉴。On the basis of studies on the characteristics of aerospace product development and production, this paper researches on the document system and working mode of Standard Operation Procedure(SOP). It clarifies the working process and management mode of SOP compilation and use, it also states the relationship between SOP, process specification, process procedure as well as the application scenario. This paper expounds the construction idea of process design information platform based on SOP,which realizes the functions of structured preparation and controlled management of SOP, gives the knowledge push during process procedure preparation, and presents the definition of personalized process parameters and process resource call. Experiences of our company in the construction of SOP system may be referenced.
