摘  要:以肉桂、苦参等植物提取物复配而成的防腐剂为研究对象,评价其抑菌效能及其在化妆品中的应用。通过抑菌圈、MIC实验进行抑菌效能研究,防腐挑战、抑菌率进行产品应用研究。结果表明,该植物源防腐体系抑菌谱较广,对10种不同常见致病菌均有抑制作用,并对革兰氏阳性菌和真菌的抑制效果非常显著;其中对枯草芽孢杆菌和黑曲霉的抑菌圈直径可达31.89 mm和28.26 mm,MIC值分别为0.4 mg/mL和0.8 mg/mL;1.5%添加量的喷雾产品即可通过防腐挑战实验,达到防腐标准要求;2%添加量的免洗凝胶产品在20 min内对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为51.05%、70.74%。该植物源复配防腐剂具备应用于化妆品防腐体系的能力。The antibacterial efficacy of a preservative composed of the extracts from cinnamon,sophora flavescens and other plants was evaluated,and its application in cosmetics was also studied.Its antibacterial efficacy was investigated through inhibition zone and MIC experiment while its product application was investigated through preservative challenge and antibacterial rate experiment.The results showed that the plant-derived preservative system had a broad antibacterial spectrum,indicative of the inhibition against 10 different common pathogenic bacteria,especially very significant inhibitory effects on Gram-positive bacteria and fungi;among them,the diameters of the inhibition zone for Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger could reach 31.89 mm and 28.26 mm,while the MIC values were 0.4 mg/mL and 0.8 mg/mL.The spray product containing 1.5% preservative successfully passed the preservative challenge test and met the preservative standard requirements;the no-wash gel product containing 2% preservative had inhibitory rate of 51.05% and 70.74% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus within 20 minutes of action.In summary,this plant-derived compound preservative has ability to be used in cosmetic preservative systems.
