浅析家用液体洗涤剂净含量损失的影响因素

摘　　要：在不同实验条件下对家用液体洗涤剂质量进行跟踪,发现存放温度、存放湿度、包装材料材质、包装材料厚度、内装洗涤剂均对净含量有一定影响,且在一定存储期内质量损失与时间存在一定关系。家用液体洗涤剂存放环境温度越高、湿度越低其质量损失越大;包装材料PE瓶阻隔性能优于PET瓶,相同材质情况下,材质厚度越薄质量损失越大;不同的液体家用洗涤剂因内容物成分和比例差异,在一定温湿度环境条件下存放质量损失不一样。It was found that,the storage temperature,the storage humidity,the packaging material,the thickness of the packaging material and the detergent inside all had some effects on the net content,and there was a certain relationship between the mass loss and time in a certain storage period.It was found that,higher storage temperature and lower storage humidity could induce greater mass loss of the household liquid detergents;the barrier property of the PE bottle was better than that of the PET bottle;in the case of the same packaging material,if the thickness of the material was thinner,the mass loss would be greater.Different household liquid detergents showed different mass loss due to their different composition and proportion.
