摘 要:建立了以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液(DMF)为提取溶剂,应用气相色谱同步测定漱口水中甲醇和乙醇含量的分析方法。在超声条件下,使用DMF提取漱口水中的甲醇和乙醇,提取液经DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8 μm)毛细管色谱柱分离,利用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID检测器)进行测定。在流量1.0 mL/min,分流比10∶1,FID检测器温度250 ℃条件下,漱口水中甲醇与乙醇可以得到良好分离,峰形较好。方法的线性相关性均大于0.999;精密度RSD(n=6)为1.7%~3.3%,回收率为92.4%~103.8%;检出限均为5 mg/kg。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度较高,适用于漱口水中甲醇和乙醇含量的测定。An analytical method for simultaneous determination of methanol and ethanol in mouthwash was established by using gas chromatography with N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as the extraction solvent.The methanol and ethanol in mouthwash were extracted by DMF under ultrasonic treatment.DB-624 (30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm) column was used for separation and the extracts were analyzed by hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the split ratio of 10∶1,and the temperature of the FID detector was set at 250 ℃.The methanol and ethanol in mouthwash were well separated with good peak patterns.For all the analytes,the linear correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.999.Average recoveries of all analytes in blank water samples were between 92.4% and 103.8%,with RSDs of 1.7%~3.3%.The limit of detection (LOD) was 5 mg/kg.This method was suitable for the determination of methanol and ethanol in mouthwash with high sensitivity and selectivity.
