摘　　要：为了排除长期涂抹康体霜所造成的潜在毒性等风险,以实验小鼠作为研究对象,通过采集使用康体霜后的小鼠尿液、血液以及五脏来对康体霜进行慢性毒性、刺激性及其他潜在风险评价。初步结果显示,小鼠的尿常规检测、血常规检测及血生化检测数值均无明显异常,进一步结果显示,小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾的H&E病理切片均未出现明显病变,证明了康体霜是一种生物安全性高的身体用霜,不存在明显毒副作用,符合产品质量安全有关要求。To exclude the potential toxicity or other risks,experimental mice were used as the research objects,and chronic toxicity,irritation and other potential risks were evaluated by collecting the urine,blood and five internal organs of mice after using Kangti cream.Preliminary results showed that,there were no obvious abnormalities in urine routine test,blood routine test or blood biochemical test for the mice.Further results showed that,there were no obvious lesions in H&E pathological sections of the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney of the mice.It is thus proved that Kangti cream is a kind of body cream with high biosafety,and there are no obvious toxic or side effects,which is in line with the relevant requirements of product quality and safety.
