摘 要:生态足迹模型是评价耕地生态环境和资源利用的有效工具,本文运用该方法对黑龙江省耕地生态承载力进行了评价。本文采用三维生态足迹模型,计算了2010—2019年黑龙江省人均生态足迹、生态承载力、足迹广度和深度、生态盈亏和耕地三维生态足迹,引入耕地承载力指数评价黑龙江省耕地承载力水平。结果显示,2010—2019年,黑龙江省人均生态足迹从0.146 m^(2)/人增至0.173 m^(2)/人,增长18.5%。其中,2010—2014年,人均耕地生态承载力快速增长,年均涨幅为8.61%;2014年以后波动不大,呈小幅下降趋势,从0.144 m^(2)/人降至0.131 m^(2)/人,下降9%。黑龙江省耕地始终为生态赤字,生态赤字从164.924×10^(4) m^(2)下降到156.629×10^(4) m^(2)。黑龙江耕地足迹广度总体增加,耕地足迹深度总体下降,人均耕地足迹深度始终在1~1.5之间。目前,黑龙江省耕地利用处于一般超载状态。Ecological footprint model is an effective tool to evaluate the ecological environment and resource utilization of cultivated land In this paper,the model is used to evaluate the ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land in Heilongjiang.By introducing carrying index into the model,data about per capita ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity,footprint breadth and depth,ecological profit and loss,three-dimensional ecological footprint of cultivated land from 2010 to 2019 are calculated so as to evaluate the carrying capacity of cultivated land.The results are as follows:from 2010 to 2019,per capita ecological footprint increased from 0.146 m^(2) to 0.173 m^(2),by 18.3%;from 2010 to 2014,ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land per capita improved rapidly with average growth of 8.61%.After 2014,the level dropped moderately from 0.144 m^(2) to 0.131 m^(2) by 9.9%.Cultivated land in Heilongjiang is always in ecological deficit,which has decreased from 164.924×10^(4) m^(2) to 156.629×10^(4) m^(2).The overall footprint size goes up,but per capita cultivated land footprint depth is in decline,which fluctuates between 1 and 1.5.In the present circumstances,cultivated land utilization in Heilongjiang is generally overload.
