摘　　要：某聚酯工业园区各聚酯装置错落分布,导致各个供热车间分布也较分散。由于采用链式煤炉给热,热量利用率低且烟气排放的氮氧化物和二氧化硫浓度较高。另一方面,由于排烟温度高,热损失较大,严重降低了燃煤热效率。园区通过淘汰单独的供热车间,成立集中供热车间,设计安装大蒸发量的循环流化床锅炉产出高压水蒸气,再以高压水蒸汽作为媒介,通过蒸气换热器加热有机热载体为各个聚酯车间集中式供热,大幅提高了燃煤利用率。A polyester industrial park has a number of sets of polyester plants,and the corresponding heating workshop for its heating.Each polyester plant is scattered in the polyester industrial park,resulting in the distribution of each heating workshop.Because the chain coal furnace is used for heating,the heat utilization rate is low and the concentration of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide emitted by the flue gas is high.On the other hand,due to the high operating temperature of the organic heat carrier and the high smoke exhaust temperature,the heat loss is large,which seriously reduces the thermal efficiency of coal burning.By eliminating the single heating workshop,the park set up a central heating workshop instead,designed and installed a circulating fluidized bed boiler with large evaporation capacity to produce high-pressure water vapor,improved the uthzation rate of coal combustion by centralized heating.
