摘  要:聚酯生产装置中水下切粒机位于最后一环,运行发现切粒机伴有返粒问题,经分析,返粒的产生有溢流水及喷淋水回流流量、输送水刀架下方喷淋流量、输送水温度和流量、动刀后刀角、前后牵引辊间隙等影响因素,通过对相关参数进行系统分析和优化,可有效处理返粒故障,避免因此导致的产品等级降等,节约成本。此外,本文还列出了生产中常见的切粒机其它故障及解决思路。Polyester production plant underwater pelletizer is located in the last stage,the study found that the pelletizer accompanied by the return polyester-grain problem.After analysis,the return polyester-grain problem is affected by the flow of overflow water and spray water return flow,the spray flow under the conveying water knife frame,the temperature and flow of conveying water,the angle of the knife after the moving knife,the gap between the front and rear traction rollers,etc.Through systematic analysis and optimization of the relevant parameters,the return polyester-grain problem can be effectively dealt with to avoid the resulting degradation of product grade and Cost saving.In addition,this study also lists the common production of pelletizing machine failure and solution ideas to enhance the convenience.
