摘  要:金黄色葡萄球菌是一种临床上十分常见的病原细菌,其在医疗器械和植入物上形成的生物被膜赋予了金黄色葡萄球菌极强的抗生素耐药性,导致相关慢性感染难以彻底根除,从而对人类健康产生极大的威胁。天然产物来源的活性单体成分在抑制金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成方面发挥了重要的作用,为抗细菌生物被膜研究提供了新策略。围绕金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成过程中的分子调控机制,以及中药单体的抑制机制展开介绍,旨在为抑制细菌生物被膜感染的中医药基础研究提供理论参考。Staphylococcus aureus is a clinically common pathogenic bacteria.The biofilm formed on medical devices and implants contributes to the development of antibiotic resistance of S.aureus,which makes it difficult to eradicate related chronic infections and poses a great threat to human health.The active monomer components derived from traditional Chinese medicine play an important role in inhibiting the biofilm formation of S.aureus,which provides a new strategy for antibacterial biofilm research.This article focuses on the molecular regulation mechanism during the biofilm formation of S.aureus and the inhibitory mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine monomer, and aims to provide a theoretical reference for the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine to inhibit bacterial biofilm infection.
