基于CiteSpace的视网膜静脉阻塞中医药治疗文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的应用CiteSpace可视化方法探索中医药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)的研究热点与发展趋势。方法通过CNKI、万方、维普等数据库检索RVO相关主题文章,学科分类选择“中医学”“中药学”,时间跨度为1986年1月-2020年12月,文献经NoteExpress进行整理后,采用Citespace 5.7.R3软件对30余年来有关RVO的中医药治疗文献中的关键文献、研究热点和趋势进行分析。结果(1)一般资料:共得到有效文献514篇,中医药治疗RVO主题下发文量自1986年以来呈逐年上升趋势,在2010年后达到稳定状态。(2)作者和单位统计:发文量居前5的作者为彭清华、姚小磊、张波涛、叶群如、曾志成,发文量居前3的单位为湖南中医药大学第一附属医院、中国中医科学院眼科医院、南华大学医学院,但机构间合作研究较少。(3)关键词聚类及突现词:关键词聚类有活血化瘀、RVO、血栓通、眼底出血等;突现词有中西医结合治疗、眼底出血、散血明目片、黄斑水肿等。结论RVO及黄斑水肿并发症的中医药治疗是临床研究所关注热点,未来需要加强研究的标准化、规范化及多中心研究。OBJECTIVE To explore the research hot spots and development trends of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion(RVO)by CiteSpace based visual analysis.METHODS The articles related to RVO were searched and obtained through CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases,and"Traditional Chinese Medicine"and"Traditional Chinese Pharmacology"were selected as subject categories.The time span was from January 1986 to December 2020.After the articles were sorted out by NoteExpress,Citespace 5.7.R3 software was used to analyze the key documents,research hot spots and trends in the TCM treatment of RVO over the past thirty years.RESULTS(1)General information:A total of 514 valid articles were included.The number of literature under the topic of TCM treatment of RVO has increased year by year since 1986,and reached a stable state after 2010.(2)Statistics of authors and organizations:The top five authors with the largest number of published articles were PENG Qinghua,YAO Xiaolei,ZHANG Botao,YE Qunru and ZENG Zhicheng.The top three organizations with the largest number of published articles were the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Eye Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,the University of South China School of Medicine,but there was little cooperation between these organizations.(3)Keywords cluster analysis and prominent words:The results of keywords cluster analysis included promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,RVO,Xueshuantong and fundus hemorrhage,etc.The prominent words included combination of TCM and Western Medicine,fundus hemorrhage,Sanxue Mingmu Tablets and macular edema,etc.CONCLUSIONS The TCM treatment of RVO and macular edema which is its complication,are the focus of clinical research.It is necessary to strengthen the standardization,normalization and multi-center research in the future.
