新解川椒在川椒方治疗过敏性结膜炎中的作用

摘　　要：过敏性结膜炎是常见的眼表类疾病之一,中医病名为“时复目痒”,认为风邪、血虚为主要致病原因,治法也多以祛风散邪、清热除湿和养血息风为主。高健生教授在诸多清热祛风药中,纳入川椒,自拟“川椒方”,来解决“目痒寒包火”的病机,临床上获得良好的疗效。本文基于内经脏气法时论和法象药理学,进一步阐释过敏性结膜炎发病的相关脏腑,同时围绕川椒的生长环境、时间和外观,新解川椒在川椒方治疗过敏性结膜炎中的点睛作用,更加显示出川椒发散火热而不过,引余火而归元的妙效,为中医治疗过敏性结膜炎提供思路。Allergic conjunctivitis is one of the common oculur surface diseases,which is called"constant eye itching"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It is generally believed that wind evil and blood deficiency are the main pathogenic causes of the disease,and the treatment methods are mainly to dispel wind and remove pathogens,clear heat and remove dampness,and nourish blood and relieve wind evil.Professor GAO Jiansheng has used Sichuan Pepper in many heat-clearing and wind-dispelling Chinese medicines,and has developed his own"Chuanjiao Formula"to solve the pathogenesis of"eye itching and cold cover fire",which has achieved good clinical effects.Based on the theory of Qi of the relationship between Zang and time and the forensic pharmacology,this paper further explains the internal organs related to the onset of allergic conjunctivitis.At the same time,focusing on the growth environment,time and appearance of Sichuan Pepper,this paper gives a new understanding of Sichuan Pepper's role in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in Chuanjiao Formula,further demonstrating the wonderful effect of Sichuan Pepper on dissipating heat and reviving the afterheat,thus providing ideas for the TCM treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.
