摘　　要：瘀毒理论在多种疾病的发病机制中占重要位置,本文以中医理论和现代医学研究分析为基础,结合文献研究,对视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)的瘀毒理论进行探讨,认为瘀与毒同为RVO的重要病理环节。根据瘀毒致病缓积骤发、传变迅速、复杂多变、缠绵难愈的特点,未病先防、既病防变显得尤为重要,在该病机理论指导下从瘀毒论治RVO,即采用祛瘀解毒法治疗RVO,可为RVO的治疗提供新的方法与思路。The stasis toxin theory has played an important role in the pathogenesis of various diseases.Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and the analysis of modern medical research,combined with literature research,this paper discusses the stasis toxin theory of retinal vein occlusion(RVO),and believes that stasis and toxin are both important pathological sections in RVO.According to the characteristics of disease development due to stasis toxin,such as slow accumulation and sudden onset,rapid transmission,complex and changeable,and difficult to cure,it is particularly important to give prevention the priority,and prevent transmission and change.Under the guidance of this pathogenesis theory to treat RVO from stasis toxin,in other words,treating RVO by dispelling stasis and detoxifying,may provide a new method and idea for the treatment of RVO。
