中医药治疗甲状腺相关眼病的研究进展

摘　　要：甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)是临床常见的与自身免疫相关的眼眶疾病,西医对本病的发病机制尚不完全明确,治疗手段有限,且有一定的副作用。中医将本病归属于“鹘眼凝睛”的范畴,在中医辨证论治和整体观的指导下,中医各家对本病的治疗积累了丰富而独特的经验。近年来,临床研究为探讨本病的中医病因病机提供了思路和方法,也证实了中医药辨证内治、中医药外治法和中西医结合疗法对本病有良好的治疗效果。本文将对中医药治疗TAO的经验及临床研究进展进行总结归纳。Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO)is a common orbital disease associated with autoimmunity.The pathogenesis of this disease is not completely clear,and therapeutic meth‑ods are limited with certain side effects in Western Medicine.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)classifies this disease into the categories of Huyanningjing(falcon eyes that gazing),scholars of TCM has accumulated rich and distinct experiences in the treatment based on syndrome differen‑tiation and holism the disease.In recent years,clinical research has provided ideas and methods for exploring the etiology and pathogenesis in TCM and has proven that TCM herbal internal therapy,TCM external therapy and integrated treatment of TCM and Western Medicine all yield favorable therapeutic effects on TAO.This paper summarizes the experience and clinical research progress of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of TAO.
