摘  要:为了研究竹纤维加入水泥基材料的工作性能、干表观密度和力学性能,以竹纤维掺量、竹纤维长度、水灰比为三个因素,每个因素设置三个水平,采用正交设计的试验方法,共设计9组配合比。通过对其扩展度、干表观密度和7 d、28 d抗压强度和抗折强度测定,分析不同的因素、不同的水平对竹纤维水泥基材料的工作性能、干表观密度和力学性能的影响规律,寻找物理力学性能优良的配合比。结果表明,掺入竹纤维的水泥基材料强度值都很高,而且可降低水泥基材料的干表观密度,得到更轻质的水泥基材料。In order to study the working properties,dry apparent density and mechanical properties of bamboo fiber cement-based materials,the bamboo fiber content,bamboo fiber length,and water-cement ratio were selected as three factors.Three levels were set for each factor,and the experimental method of orthogonal design was adopted.9 groups of mix proportions were designed,and the different factors and different levels of bamboo fiber cement-based materials were analyzed by measuring their expansion degree,dry apparent density,and 7 d/28 d compressive strength and flexural strength to find the rule of influences of these different levels and factors on the working properties,dry apparent density and mechanical properties of bamboo fiber cement-based material and to discover the mix proportions with excellent physical and mechanical properties.The results show that the strength value of the cement-based materials mixed with bamboo fibers is high,and the dry apparent density of the cement-based materials can be reduced,resulting in lighter cement-based materials.
