摘　　要：高硼硅玻璃因其优异的性能,被广泛应用于太阳能、化工、医药包装、电光源、工艺饰品等行业。针对高硼硅玻璃熔窑烟气中含有硼酸、氯化氢及氮氧化物等特点,且硼酸在300℃以下、169℃以上时为液态存在,会腐蚀后续设备,该文给出一种先脱酸后脱硝的技术形式,并结合实际工程应用效果进行分析。High borosilicate glass is widely used in fields of solar energy,chemical industry,pharmaceutical packaging,electric light source,artwork ornaments and other industries thanks to its excellent properties.The flue gas in high borosilicate glass furnace contains boric acid,hydrogen chloride and nitrogen oxides.The boric acid exists in a liquid state below 300℃ and above 169℃,and can cause corrosion to the follow-up equipment.This paper analyzed a technical method of denitrification after deacidification in combination with actual engineering application effect.
