摘　　要：该文对无公害畜产品生产过程中存在的安全风险进行了分析,主要从养殖过程、饮用水、禽畜粪便和圈舍环境4个方面阐述具体的风险发生,同时立足于这4个方面对风险应对的具体措施进行总结,以期为现阶段无公害畜产品安全风险控制提供指导和参考,在养殖效益提升方面发挥积极的指导作用。This paper analyzes the safety risks in the production process of pollution-free livestock products,expounds the specific risk occurrence mainly from the breeding process,drinking water,livestock manure and enclosure environment,and summarizes the specific measures to deal with the risk based on these four aspects.In order to provide guidance and reference for the safety risk control of non-pollution products at the present stage,and play an active guiding role in raising benefits.
