摘 要:在家禽饲养管理过程中,饮水常常会受到大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、有机物质等的污染,被机体摄入后威胁家禽健康。再加上家禽饮水系统常处于封闭状态,适合病菌的孳生和繁殖,必须定期对家禽饮水系统进行净化,以杀灭里面存活的病原微生物,有条件的可以检测饮水系统中细菌总数,确定净化措施是否得当,从而督促饲养人员对家禽饮水系统的管理和净化工作。In the process of poultry feeding and management,drinking water is often polluted by Escherichia coli,Salmonella and organic substances,which threaten the health of poultry after being ingested by the body.In addition,the poultry drinking water system is often in a closed state,which is very suitable for the breeding and reproduction of bacteria.Therefore,the poultry drinking water system must be purified regularly to kill the pathogenic microorganisms living inside.If conditions permit,the total number of bacteria in the drinking water system can be detected to determine whether the purification measures are appropriate,so as to urge the breeders to manage and purify the poultry drinking water system.
