摘  要:针对传统继电保护方法准确性低,难以适应电网运行灵敏性的问题,提出一种基于故障暂态仿真计算的继电保护调节定值校验测试技术。通过导纳方程求解离散时间点模拟出电力系统的暂态故障过程,实现由电力系统中电源、开关及变压器等元件构成的任意网络的故障计算。通过定值逻辑库将电力系统的各个保护项目,转换成能够通过数值表示的过电流保护、距离保护、电压保护等,通过并行式计算对比转换后的数据和暂态故障值,完成校验。实验结果表明,所提方法检测出的线路问题与实际情况相符,且校验效率远高于人工校验方法,可行性较高。Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional relay protection methods and difficulty in adapting to the sensitivity of power grid operation, a relay protection adjustment setting verification test technology based on fault transient simulation calculation is proposed. The transient fault process of the power system is simulated through the admittance equation to solve the discrete time points, and the fault calculation of any network composed of the power supply, switches and transformers in the power system is realized. Through the fixed value logic library, the various protection items of the power system are converted into overcurrent protection, distance protection, voltage protection, etc. that can be represented by numerical values, and the converted data and transient fault values are compared through parallel calculation to complete the verification. The experimental results show that the circuit problems detected by the proposed method are consistent with the actual situation, and the verification efficiency is much higher than the manual verification method, and the feasibility is higher.
