摘  要:研究了用氢氧化钠从湿法炼锌镍钴渣中回收锌、钴。基于单因素试验,揭示了锌、钴浸出行为,考察了反应时间、温度、氢氧化钠质量浓度和液固质量比对锌、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:用氢氧化钠浸出,在温度70℃、液固质量比10/1条件下,用质量浓度398 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液浸出镍钴渣0.5 h,锌、钴浸出率分别为93.5%和5.11%;浸出渣中锌、钴质量分数分别为4.80%和32.70%,锌、钴得到有效分离。The recovery of zinc and cobalt from nickel-cobalt slag using sodium hydroxide was studied.By single factor experiments,the leaching behavior of zinc and cobalt was revealed.The effects of reaction time,temperature,NaOH mass concentration and liquid-solid mass ratio on leaching of zinc and cobalt were examined.The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 70℃,liquidsolid mass ratio of 10/1,NaOH mass concentration of 398 g/L,and reaction time of 0.5 h,the leaching rate of zinc and cobalt are 93.5% and 5.11%,respectively.The contents of zinc and cobalt in the leaching residue are 4.80% and 32.70%,respectively.Zinc and cobalt in the nickel-cobalt slag are separated effectively using sodium hydroxide.
