摘 要:研究了用Sinco-430阳离子交换树脂从模拟磷酸溶液和实际湿法磷酸中脱除Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+),考察了离子交换过程的平衡和树脂的选择性。结果表明:单、双元体系中金属离子的交换平衡等温线分别更符合Redlich-Peterson、Modified-Freundlich模型;Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+)对可交换位点有竞争作用且树脂对Mg^(2+)的选择性大于Al^(3+),推测这是因为Al^(3+)在磷酸中形成了配合物,降低了树脂对Al^(3+)的脱除能力。The removal of magnesium and aluminum ions from simulated and real wet-process phosphoric acid solutions by Sinco-430 cation exchange resin was studied.The equilibrium of ion exchange process and selectivity of the resin were investigated.The results show that the equilibrium isotherms of metal ions in the single and binary systems are more consistent with the Redlich-Peterson and Modified-Freundlich models,respectively;The Magnesium and aluminum ions compete for exchangeable sites,and the selectivity of the resin for magnesium ions is greater than that for aluminum ions.It is presumed that Al^(3+) forms a complexe in phosphoric acid,which reduces the ability of the resin to remove Al^(3+).
