摘 要:研究了采用NaOH-H_(2)O_(2)体系从黑铜泥中常压碱浸脱砷,考察了NaOH质量浓度、H_(2)O_(2)添加量、液固体积质量比、浸出温度、浸出时间等对砷脱除率的影响。结果表明:适宜条件下,砷浸出率高达98.46%。实现了选择性分离,铜、锑、铋等有价金属在浸出渣中得以富集。The removal of arsenic at atmospheric pressure by alkali leaching at atmospheric pressure from black copper slime in NaOH-H_(2)O_(2) system was studied.The effects of NaOH mass concentration,H_(2)O_(2) addition,liquid volume/solid mass,leaching temperature and time on leaching rate of arsenic were examined.The results show that under the optimum conditions,leaching rate of arsenic is 98.46%.The selective separation was realized,and copper,antimony,bismuth and other valuable metals were enriched in the leaching slag.
