摘　　要：我们从采自甘肃南部文县的蚤类标本中发现1♂标本系多毛蚤科(Hystrichopsyllidae Tiraboschi,1904)新蚤属(Neopsylla Wagner,1903)的一个新种,根据其可动突内侧中部近后缘处密生绒毛状的小鬃这一特征,命名为绒毛新蛋Neopsylla villa sp.nov.现记述如下。The present paper reports a new species of Neopsylla, of which only male is known from Kansu, China. Neopsylla villa sp. nov. Diagnosis. The new species belongs to the steuensi group of Neopsylla. It is allied to Neopsylla specialis Jordan, 1932, but readily separable from the latter by the following characters. (1)There are five peculiar long bristles near the posterior margin of st. 8 , which are more than half of the length of st. 8;( 2 )There are numerous villus-like small bristles on the middle part of the inner surface of the movable process, hence the name of the new species. Type data. Holotype a male measures 2.3mm long, collected on March 27, 1964, ex Sciurotamias davidianus from Fan-ba People’s Commune, Wenxian, South Gansu. The type specimen is deposited in the Biological Department of Lanzhou University.
