摘  要:目的:研究不同情况下温度对尿碘测定的影响,获得尿碘检测的适宜条件。方法:应用砷铈催化分光光度法对尿中碘进行定量分析。结果:消化仪温度不均衡时,尿碘结果呈线性关系,相关系数r^(2)=0.9979;消化仪温度差小于0.5℃时,尿碘检测结果呈线性,相关系数r^(2)=0.9994。正常室温下尿碘样品平行双样的相对偏差为3%,配备空调下尿碘样品平行双样的相对偏差小于1%。结论:砷铈催化分光光度法检测尿碘时消化仪温度均衡性以及环境温度对检测结果产生影响。Objective:To study the influence of temperature on determination of urine iodine under different condition,and to obtain a suitable method.Methods:Quantitative analysis was performed using As—Cecatalytic spectrophotometry.Results:When the temperature of the digester was unbalanced,the result was linear and the correlation coefficient was r^(2)=0.9979;when the temperature difference of the digester was less than 0.5℃,the result was linear and the correlation coefficient was r^(2)=0.9994.The relative deviation of parallel sample at normal room temperature was 3%;the relative deviation of parallel sample at air conditioning was less than 1%.Conclusion:The temperature balance of digester and the environment temperature have a influence on the result when As—Cecatalytic spectrophotometry is used to detect urine iodine.
