多指标综合评价不同采收期对北五味子质量影响

摘　　要：通过多指标对处于不同采收期的北五味子进行研究,测定内容包括:四种木脂素(五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素)、总多酚、有机酸、花色苷和生物量。研究表明:综合以上多项指标,确定辽宁北五味子的最佳采收时期为9月中旬,为五味子的合理采收提供了科学依据。Through a multi-index to investigate Schisandra chinensis at different harvest periods,the indicators include:four lignans(Schisandrin,Schisantherin A,Deoxyschizandrin andγ-Schizandrin),total polyphenols,organic acids,anthocyanins,biological amount and antioxidant activity.Based on the above indicators,it is determined that the best harvesting period of Schisandra in Liaoning province is mid-September,which provides a scientific basis for the harvest of S.chinensis.
