摘  要:五味子为木兰科(Magnoliaceae)五味子属(Schisandra)植物五味子(Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill)的干燥成熟果实,具有保肝、兴奋呼吸中枢、镇咳祛痰、催眠、抗氧化、抗衰老、提高免疫力等作用,药食同源。通过调研与五味子资源现状、栽培和育种技术、组织培养技术和分子生物学研究的相关文献,对其进行了全面的综述,为其资源开发和生物学研究奠定基础。Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill is a medicinal plant of the Magnoliaceae Schisandra.The medicinal parts are dried and mature fruits.S.chinensis has a long history used as a valuable and commonly Chinese medicine,which can protect the liver,excitatory respiratory center,antitussive expectorant,hypnosis,antioxidation,and anti-aging,immunity enhancement.It also can be used in health products and food.Through investigating related literature about current resources status,cultivation,breeding technology,tissue culture technology and molecular biology research of S.chinensis,a comprehensive review was summarized to provide the information foundation for its resource development and biological research.
