摘  要:为研究材料摩擦、磨损与润滑机理,研制了一种通过更换模块实现旋转摩擦和往复摩擦测试的TriboStudio摩擦磨损试验机.配套软件具有自动识别测试模式,自动采集摩擦半径,摩擦力自动归零,摩擦力阈值保护,计算最大赫兹接触应力和磨损率,实时显示摩擦因数、摩擦力、位移、温度和湿度等曲线,数据平滑处理和导出,生成图文报告及手机APP远程实时查看等功能;通过合理的机械结构设计、高频响应的测力传感器、高采样率的数据采集、测试前摩擦力的归零处理以及软件引导操作步骤等多重手段,实现摩擦因数的测量和不同旋转速度、往复频率、载荷等条件下旋转摩擦和往复摩擦的测试.测试结果表明,该试验机具有较高的准确性、可靠性和稳定性.In order to study the mechanisms of friction,wear and lubrication of materials,a TriboStudio tribometer is developed to test rotational and reciprocating friction by replacing modules.The developed software has many functions such as automatic identification of test mode,automatic acquisition of friction radius,automatic zeroing of friction force,friction threshold protection,calculation of maximum Hertz contact stress and wear rate,real-time display of friction factor,friction force,displacement,temperature,humidity and other curves,smooth processing and export of data,generation of picture and text report,and remote real-time view by mobile phone App etc.Through the reasonable mechanical structure design,high frequency response of the force transducer,high sampling rate of data acquisition,the zero of friction test before treatment,and multiple means such as software guide steps different rotating speed,it can measure the friction factor and test the rotating friction and reciprocating friction under different rotating speed,reciprocating frequency and load conditions.The test results show that the TriboStudio tribometer has high accuracy,reliability and stability.
