摘 要:针对盐渍土盐胀和溶陷等工程问题,利用自主研制的丙烯酸酯共聚乳液ZM对南通地区氯盐渍土进行固化,通过水稳性试验、干湿循环试验、压汞试验等研究固化剂掺量及养护龄期对盐渍土耐久性的影响,并运用扫描电镜分析盐渍土的微观特性.结果表明:ZM可显著提高盐渍土的水稳定性和抗干湿循环性,ZM质量分数为1.5%的固化氯盐渍土的水稳性及抗干湿循环性效果最佳;扫描电镜结果显示,随ZM质量分数的增加,土体孔隙体积减小,土体更为密实,且孔隙密度曲线也由ZM质量分数为0%时的“双峰结构”变为质量分数0.9%时的“单峰结构”;胶结物质包裹在颗粒表面,使小的单元体胶结成整体,并填充土体孔隙,有效改善了土体结构.Aiming at the engineering problems such as salt swelling and settlement of saline soil,the self-developed acrylate copolymerization emulsion ZM is used to cure the chloride saline soil in Nantong.The effects of the amount of curing agent and curing age on the durability of saline soil are studied by water stability test,dry wet cycle test,mercury intrusion test,etc.And the microscopic characteristics of saline soil are analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that ZM can significantly improve the water stability and dry wet cycle resistance of saline soil,and the water stability and dry wet cycle resistance of solidified chlorine saline soil with ZM content of 1.5%are the best.The results of SEM show that with the increase of ZM mass fraction,the pore volume of soil decreases,and the soil is more dense.And the pore density curve changes from the“bimodal structure”at 0%of the ZM mass fraction to the“unimodal structure”at 0.9%of the ZM mass fraction.The cementitious material is wrapped on the particle surface,which makes the small units glue into a larger whole,fills the soil pores,and effectively improves the soil structure.
