摘 要:为研究泵站快速闸门上小拍门的水力损失特性,设计制作模型水泵装置,根据能量相减法,分析4种拍门孔口面积占比和5种开度角方案下拍门的水力损失特性.结果表明,拍门开度角和孔口面积与水力损失系数曲线呈非线性单调变化,水力损失系数随开度角和孔口面积的减小而增大,而流道出口Froude数对其影响较小;拍门开度角小于35°,孔口面积比小于25%时,水力损失系数急增;根据BP神经网络计算得到的水力损失系数的权重系数矩阵和阈值,可预测任意开度角和孔口面积比下的水力损失系数.In order to study the hydraulic loss characteristics of the small flap gate on the fast gate of the pump station,a model water pump device is designed and manufactured.According to the energy subtraction method,the hydraulic loss characteristics of the flap gate under four types of flap gate orifice area ratios and five types of opening angle schemes analyzed.The results show the curves of opening angle and orifice area of the flap with the hydraulic loss coefficient is nonlinear and monotonic.The hydraulic loss coefficient increases with the decrease of the opening angle and orifice area,but the Froude number at the outlet of the channel has little effect on it.When the opening angle of the flap door is less than 35°and the orifice area ratio is less than 25%,the hydraulic loss coefficient increases sharply.According to the weight coefficient matrix and threshold value of hydraulic loss coefficient obtained by BP neural network,the hydraulic loss coefficient under any opening angle and orifice area ratio can be predicted.
