摘  要:采用碱蒸气法,对不同温度(800、1000、1200和1350℃)热处理后的3种材质(六铝酸钙、镁铝尖晶石和β-Al_(2)O_(3))的浇注料试样,在对应温度(800、1000、1200和1350℃)下进行抗K_(2)CO_(3)侵蚀试验,然后检测其抗K_(2)CO_(3)侵蚀试验后的显气孔率变化率、体积密度变化率和常温耐压强度变化率,并分析其抗K_(2)CO_(3)试验后的物相组成。结果表明:1800℃时,3种浇注料的抗K_(2)CO_(3)侵蚀性能都很好。21200℃时,六铝酸钙浇注料与K_(2)CO_(3)反应生成大量β-Al_(2)O_(3),抗K_(2)CO_(3)侵蚀性能较差;尖晶石浇注料与K_(2)CO_(3)反应生成的β-Al_(2)O_(3)较少,抗K_(2)CO_(3)侵蚀性能较好;β-Al_(2)O_(3)浇注料与K_(2)CO_(3)反应最弱,抗K_(2)CO_(3)侵蚀性能最好。Three castables(CA_(6),MA and β-Al_(2)O_(3))were heat treated at different temperatures(800,1000,1200 and 1350℃)and tested in terms of the K_(2)CO_(3) corrosion test at the corresponding temperatures(800,1000,1200 and 1350℃),and then the change rates of the apparent porosity,the bulk density,and the CCS of the samples after K_(2)CO_(3) corrosion resistance test were determined,and the phase composition was analyzed.The results show that:(1)all the three castables present good alkali corrosion resistance at 800℃;(2)at 1200℃,CA_(6) castable reacts with K_(2)CO_(3) to produce a large amount of β-Al_(2)O_(3),which has poor corrosion resistance to K_(2)CO_(3);spinel castable reacts with K_(2)CO_(3) to produce less β-Al_(2)O_(3) and has good corrosion resistance to K_(2)CO_(3);β-Al_(2)O_(3) castable has the weakest reaction with K_(2)CO_(3) and the best K_(2)CO_(3) corrosion resistance.
