摘 要:针对11303综采工作面在回采过程中易出现采空区遗煤氧化自燃问题,通过对液态CO_(2)防灭火基本原理及施工工艺进行分析,并结合工作面煤层地质条件和开采条件,提出了采空区灌注液态CO_(2)防灭火技术方案和指标气体监测方案,并在工作面进行了应用,根据监测结果分析表明:采取该方案后,工作面采空区内的O_(2)和CO浓度明显降低,且工作面上隅角和回风流中的空气温度也出现明显下降,采空区遗煤氧化自燃现象得到有效抑制,为工作面安全高效生产提供保障。Aiming at the problem of oxidation and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf in 22116 working face,through the analysis of the basic principle and construction technology of liquid CO_(2) fire prevention and extinguishing,and combined with the coal seam geological conditions and mining conditions of the working face,the technical scheme of injecting liquid CO_(2) fire prevention and extinguishing in goaf and the monitoring scheme of index gas are put forward and applied in the working face,According to the monitoring results,the analysis shows that after adopting this scheme,the concentration and of O_(2) and CO in the goaf of the working face are significantly reduced,the air temperature in the upper corner of the working face and the return air flow is also significantly reduced,the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf is effectively restrained,which provides a guarantee for the safe and efficient production of the working face.
