摘  要:为在保证效率的前提下有效提高旋启式止回阀的安全性,使用Workbench对通入液化天然气(liquefied natural gas, LNG)的旋启式止回阀进行流场和结构仿真,计算不同流体入口速度下阀体的流场特性和阀盘的受力情况,从而得到阀盘稳定开启最大角度时的最小流体速度。对工作中的止回阀进行热-流-固耦合仿真分析,探究止回阀在工作时的结构强度,对止回阀承受的各种应力进行分析,并据此给出合理使用建议。To effectively improve the safety of swing check valve on the premise of ensuring efficiency, the flow field and structure of swing check valve with liquefied natural gas(LNG) is simulated and analyzed on Workbench, and the flow field characteristics of the valve body and the force on the valve disc under different fluid inlet velocities are calculated. The minimum fluid velocity at the maximum angle of the valve disc stable opening is abtained. The thermal-fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis of check valve in operation is carried out, and the structural strength of check valve during operation is studied. The various stresses on the check valve are analyzed, and the reasonable use suggestions are given accordingly.
