摘  要:为分析商用车钢制车轮辐辋过盈装配应力对径向载荷作用下钢制车轮强度的影响,对轮辐、轮辋间过盈装配产生的应力进行有限元仿真,并施加车轮所受的径向载荷,获得车轮在过盈装配和径向载荷共同作用下的受力状态。研究结果表明:在仅考虑过盈装配、仅考虑径向载荷作用以及同时考虑过盈装配与径向载荷作用这3种情况下,轮辐、轮辋的应力状态有较大差别。当轮辐、轮辋间过盈量为0.8 mm时,轮辐的最大应力较小,高应力区域较小。In order to analyze the effect of interference fit stress between spoke and rim on the strength of commercial steel wheels under radial load, the interference fit stress between spoke and rim is simulated by finite element method, the radial load on the wheel is applied. The stress state of the wheels under the conjoint effect of the interference fit and the radial load is obtained. The results show that: considering only the interference fit, only the radial load, and both of them, the stress state of spoke and rim is different. When the fit interference between spoke and rim is 0.8 mm, the maximum stress of the spoke is small, the high stress region is small.
