摘  要:为从Ansys rst文件中准确读取焊缝节点力信息,对研究对象进行建模、有限元加载和强度计算,得到包含焊缝单元及焊缝节点编号的rst文件。用MATLAB软件读取rst文件,筛选出其中的焊缝单元节点力信息,展示焊缝节点力信息的获取方法。将获得的节点力信息转化为等效结构应力,利用主S-N曲线计算应力损伤比,将计算结果与FE-WELD的计算结果进行对比,验证节点力的准确性,反映读取方法的有效性。In order to accurately read the weld node force information from the Ansys rst file, the modeling, finite element loading and strength calculation of the research object are carried out, and the rst file containing the weld element and weld node number is obtained. The rst file is read using MATLAB, the node force information of the weld element is screened out, and the method of obtaining the node force information of the weld is shown. The obtained node force information are converted into equivalent structural stress, and the stress damage ratio is calculated by using the principal S-N curve. The calculation results are compared with the calculation results of FE-WELD to verify the accuracy of the node force and to reflect the effectiveness of the reading method.
