摘　　要：中共安源支部是中共早期基层组织建设的先行者与模范者,她的创建开创了“产业支部”的党建模式,助推了中共早期“群众化”的发育进程以及基层组织建设。同时,通过领导安源工人运动,该支部探索了一条中共领导工人运动的成功路径,树立了一面中国工人运动的光辉旗帜,创造了一批中国工人运动的先进经验,构建了一种中国工人运动的代表性精神,为中国工人运动和中国共产党精神谱系作出了较为突出的历史贡献。The Anyuan branch of the CPC was a pioneer and model in the construction of the grass-roots organizations in the early days of the CPC, and its establishment created the "industrial branch" model of party building, which helped the development process of "massization" and the construction of the grass-roots organizations in the early days of the CPC. At the same time, by leading the Anyuan workers’ movement, the branch explored a successful path for the CPC to lead the workers’ movement, set up a glorious banner of the Chinese workers’ movement, created a number of advanced experiences of the Chinese workers’ movement, built a representative spirit of the Chinese workers’ movement, and made a more outstanding historical contribution to the Chinese workers’ movement and the spiritual genealogy of the Chinese communists.
