含磷聚丙烯酸酯黏合剂在芳纶涂料轧染中的应用

摘　　要：将含磷聚丙烯酸酯黏合剂与聚磷酸铵(APP)复配,用于芳纶1414的涂料轧染。研究了黏合剂种类、交联剂种类、交联剂用量、APP用量以及黏合剂用量对芳纶染色性能、阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,当含磷聚丙烯酸酯黏合剂的质量分数为50%,APP质量分数为16%,水性交联剂A质量分数为1.0%,涂料质量分数为4%时,芳纶涂料染色织物K/S值为8.1347,水洗后降至7.4298。水洗前后染色织物各项染色牢度无明显差异,均在3~4级以上;水洗后染色织物的垂直燃烧续燃时间由0.63 s增加到2.17 s,阴燃时间为0 s,损毁长度为0 cm。Phosphorus containing polyacrylate adhesive is compounded with ammonium polyphosphate(APP)for the pigment pad dyeing of aramid 1414.The effects of adhesive type,crosslinking agent type,crosslinking agent concentration,APP concentration and adhesive concentration on the dyeing properties and flame retar⁃dancy of aramid 1414 are studied.The results show that the K/S value of aramid fabric is 8.1347 when the mass fraction of phosphate containing polyacrylate adhesive is 50%,the mass fraction of APP is 16%,the mass fraction of waterborne crosslinking agent A is 1.0%,and the mass fraction of pigment is 4%,and it decreases to 7.4298 after washing.There is no significant difference in the color fastness of dyed fabrics before and after washing,which are all above Grade 3-4.After washing,the vertical burning time of dyed fabric increases from 0.63 s to 2.17 s,the smoldering time is 0 s,and the damage length is 0 cm.
