摘　　要：莱姆病是一种经蜱叮咬传播由伯氏疏螺旋体感染所致的人兽共患自然疫源性疾病,主要流行于温带和亚热带地区.该病系全身性疾病,可影响皮肤、关节、神经系统和心脏等多种脏器.莱姆病临床表现多样,诊断困难,易造成误诊和漏诊,若患者得不到早期诊断和及时治疗,致残率较高,对人类健康危害甚大.中国微生物学会人兽共患病病原专业委员会和中国医药生物技术协会生物诊断技术分会的专家学者,梳理莱姆病的流行病学、病原学、临床表现、实验室检测、诊断和治疗进展,综合总结,形成了本共识.旨在向临床医师和公共卫生人员提供指导性建议,从而更好的防治莱姆病.Lyme disease(LD)is a tick-borne zoonotic disease that predominantly occurs in temperate and subtropical regions.Lyme disease is a complicated multisystem illness affecting primarily skin,nervous system,heart and joints.Lyme disease is a disease with diverse clinical presentations,it presents a major diagnostic challenge,causing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.If untreated,the disease can progress to disseminated LD with neurological,cardiac and arthritic manifestations,it does harm to people’s health.The experts from Zoonosis Branch of Chinese Society of Microbiology and Special Pathogens of Biological Diagnostic Technology Branch of China Medical Biotechnology Association reviewed progress in epidemiology,etiology,clinical manifestation,laboratory test,diagnosis and treatment of LD to form this consensus by referring to relevant international guidelines.It aims to provide guiding suggestions to clinicians and public health personnel,so as to better prevent and treat Lyme disease.
