摘  要:鼠疫是自然疫源性疾病,起病急、病程短、传染性强、病死率高,给人民生命安全和社会稳定带来严重威胁。鼠疫疫源地分布于世界各地,至今,部分地区疫情流行仍很活跃,导致鼠疫这种人兽共患病的防控形势十分严峻。以链霉素为首选的抗生素疗法是传统的方案,在各型鼠疫的治疗中发挥关键作用,但随之而来的耐药性报道,促使了新策略的研发和实践。文章就不同种类抗生素的治疗效应、鼠疫疫苗的研究进展、噬菌体疗法的研究进展作一综述,以期为今后鼠疫治疗提供参考。Plague is a natural epidemic disease with a rapid onset,short course,high infectivity and high fatality rate,thus posing a serious threat to people s safety and social stability.Plague foci are distributed worldwide.The epidemic situation in some areas remains highly active,thus leading to urgent needs for prevention and control of plague caused by human and zoonotic diseases.Antibiotic therapy with streptomycin is the preferred treatment option;this traditional regimen has played a key role in the treatment of various forms of plague.However,reports of drug resistance have prompted the development and practice of new strategies.To provide a reference for future plague treatment,this article reviews the therapeutic effects of various antibiotics,research progress in plague vaccines and phage research directions.
