摘　　要：基于复杂网络结构基础,构建以政府、银行、间接融资机构等多样化金融主体为节点的科技金融网络,并通过Ucinet网络分析软件对网络结构进行可视化、网络形态、网络结构特征及影响因素分析,并在此基础上提出科技金融网络的发展建议。本文选取创业板2009-2020年的企业融资数据,构建全国及北上广地区科技网络、分析其网络结构特征如中心度、密度;并通过北上广区域比较和北京科技金融网络的纵向比较,分析科技金融网络结构的影响因素。研究发现:政府支持是企业最广泛、便捷的融资来源;由于城市间资源分配和城市定位差异,区域间科技金融网络形态存在差异性;科技金融网络正逐渐向丰富化、密集化发展,网络逐渐形成聚落。Based on the complex network structure,this paper constructs a scientific and technological financial network with the government,banks,indirect financing institutions and other diversified financial entities as the nodes,and visualizes the network structure by unicet network analysis software,analyzes the network graphical form,network structure characteristics and influencing factors,describes the current status of science and technology financial network,and on the basis of the above research,the development suggestions for the scientific and technological financial network are put forward.The paper selects the enterprise financing data of GEM from 2009 to 2020,constructs the national and Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou science and technology networks,and analyzes the network structure characteristics such as centrality and density;and through the regional comparison of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou and the vertical comparison of Beijing’s science and technology financial network,analyzes the influencing factors of the structure of science and technology financial network.Based on the above research,we found that:government support is the main source of financing for enterprises;there is variability in the shape of inter-regional technology finance networks,which is caused by the differences in resource allocation and city positioning between cities;technology finance networks are gradually becoming richer and more dense,and the networks are gradually forming clusters.
