摘　　要：跨境电商作为“互联网+”传统外贸转型升级的新业态,成为后疫情时代福建省对外经济发展的新契机。在产业融合共生机制影响下,跨境电商物流生态圈客观痛难点成为制衡福建省跨境电商快速发展的瓶颈。本文借鉴生态学DICE模式,在分析跨境电商物流生态圈运营机理基础上,构建福建省跨境电商物流生态圈一般框架,通过解析圈内各要素协同共生机理,从优化营商环境吸引企业、完善协同机制促进良性互动、增强内生动力引导错位竞争、培育龙头企业推广先进技术等方面,对福建省跨境电商物流生态圈演化升级提出策略建议。As a new business form of“Internet+”transformation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce has become a new opportunity for Fujian’s foreign economic development in the post epidemic era.Under the influence of industrial integration and symbiosis mechanism,the objective pain and difficulty of cross-border e-commerce logistics ecosystem has become the bottleneck to balance the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in Fujian.Based on the DICE model of ecology,this paper constructs the general framework of cross-border e-commerce logistics ecosystem in Fujian based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of cross-border e-commerce logistics ecosystem.By analyzing the synergistic symbiosis mechanism of various elements in the ecosystem,This paper puts forward strategic suggestions on the evolution and upgrading of Fujian cross-border e-commerce logistics ecosystem from the aspects of optimizing the business environment to attract enterprises,improving the synergy mechanism to promote benign interaction,strengthening endogenous dynamics to guide dislocation competition,and cultivating leading enterprises to promote advanced technologies.
