摘　　要：由于老年人的体温较低,冬季时老年人足部温度又极易受到外界影响,在外界环境较冷时,就必须借助足部着装来达到人体热平衡,因此足部着装的热舒适性对老年人至关重要。文章探讨了老年人足部着装热舒适对老年人健康的重要作用,通过分析足部着装的色彩、材料两个方面对老年人热舒适性的影响,提出冬季老年人休闲运动鞋设计思路。The body temperature of the elderly is low.When the external environment is cold,it is necessary to use foot dress to achieve human thermal balance.Therefore,the thermal comfort of foot dress is crucial for the elderly.This paper discusses the important role of the thermal comfort of the feet of the elderly in the health,analyzes the influence of the color and material of the feet on the thermal comfort of the elderly,and then puts forward the design idea of leisure sports shoes for the elderly in winter.
