摘  要:运用物联网技术,将轴承的压装及运用信息与制造端的加工质量数据相结合,实现轴承的全生命周期管理。通过科学的数据挖掘方法建立模型,并对模型进行评估、调优,挖掘出对用户有价值的知识成果。其目的在于找出影响轴承寿命的因素并用于轴承设计改进;找出轴承运行状态转折点用于降低轴承的维保成本。该平台系统在轴承行业属于领先水平。Use of Internet of Things technology combines the press assembly and application information of the bearing with the processing quality data at the manufacturing end to realize the full life cycle management of the bearing.Through scientific data mining methods they establish the model,then evaluate and optimize it to get the knowledge achievements valuable for users.The purpose is to find out the factors that affect the bearing service life so as to improve the bearing design,and discover the turning point of the bearing operating state to reduce the maintenance cost of it.The platform system is at the leading level in the bearing industry.
