摘　　要：国内某汽车集团反馈,在客户现场装配(63/22/C3)轴承时,其中7套轴承保持架出现断裂。通过失效分析找到保持架断裂原因,提出了整改意见,并及时为客户更换轴承,以避免进一步的损失。A domestic automobile group reported that 7 sets of bearing cages were broken when the customer assembled(63/22/C3)bearings on site.Through failure analysis,the reason for cage fracture was found,rectification suggestions were put forward,and the bearings were replaced for the customer in time to avoid further losses.
