摘 要:高压水射流技术因成本低廉、环境友好、适应能力强,在航空发动机领域得到了广泛应用。简要介绍了高压水射流技术的原理及特点,分别从去除涂层、切割加工、冲击强化、其它应用等4个方面综述了高压水射流技术在航空发动机中的研究与应用情况。最后,指出通过集成智能化柔性化、开展相关机理研究、实现技术复合化等手段可进一步促进高压水射流技术的发展与应用。High pressure water jet technology has been widely used in the aero-engine field because of its low cost,environmental friendliness and strong adaptability. The principle and characteristics of high pressure water jet technology were briefly introduced, and the research and application of high pressure water jet technology in aero-engines were reviewed from four aspects: coating removal, cutting processing, impact strengthening and other applications. Finally, it is pointed that the development and application of high-pressure water jet technology can be further promoted by means of integrating intelligence and flexibility, carrying out some related mechanism research, and realizing technology recombination.
