摘 要:研究了Q460矿用救生舱用钢的填充热丝激光窄间隙焊工艺。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机及显微硬度计进行了焊接接头的组织分析和性能测试。结果表明:当焊接速度为0.003 m/s,激光功率为2kW,离焦量为20 mm,送丝速度为1.5 m/s时,焊缝成形最佳。焊缝组织由侧板条铁素体、贝氏体和大量细小的针状铁素体组成,粗晶热影响区组织由块状铁素体和粒状贝氏体组成。接头焊缝区强度最低,拉伸断裂部位为焊缝。焊缝区、热影响区的平均冲击吸收功能分别为98.18、180.76 J,冲击断裂模式均为韧性断裂。焊缝的显微硬度最高,平均硬度275HV,其次为焊接热影响区,平均硬度为225 HV。The hot-wire laser narrow-gap welding technology of Q460 mine rescue cabin steel was studied.Metallographic microscope, SEM, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine and microhardness tester were used for microstructure analysis and property test of the welded joint. The results show that when the welding speed is 0.003 m/s, the laser power is 2 kW, the defocus amount is 20 mm and the wire feeding speed is 1.5 m/s, the weld formation is the best. The weld mirostructure is composed of ferrite side-plate, bainite and a large amount of acicular ferrite, and the mirostructure of the coarse grain heat-affected zone is composed of massive ferrite and granular bainite. The strength of the weld zone is the lowest, the tensile fracture is the weld zone. The average impact absorption energy of the weld zone and the heat-affected zone is 98.18,180.76 J, respectively and the impact fracture mode is ductile fracture. The microhardness of the weld is the highest with average hardness of 275 HV, followed by the welding heat affected zone, with average hardness of 225 HV.
