摘 要:铝合金铸造方法以及浇冒系统、补贴、冷铁或激冷砂的联合作用是消除铸件复杂部位内部缩孔和缩松的有效措施。本文通过对大型复杂齿轮箱壳体铸件的差压铸造工艺优化,利用激冷砂代替冷铁调节铸件复杂部位的温度场,实现该部位的同时凝固;在铸件热节部位增设补贴,人为设置楔形补缩通道,提高凝固时冒口的有效补缩距离,解决了铸件内部缩孔和缩松的问题。The combination of aluminum alloy casting method and pouring riser system, subsidy, cold iron or chill sand is an effective measure to eliminate internal shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity in complex parts of castings. By optimizing the differential pressure casting process of a large complex gearbox housing casting, chill sand was used instead of cold iron to adjust the temperature field of the complex parts of the casting to achieve simultaneous solidification of the parts. The subsidy was added at the hot spot of the casting, and the wedge-shaped feeding channel was artificially set to increase the effective feeding distance of the riser during solidification, and the problems of shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity in the casting were solved.
