摘 要:基于传热学理论对6061铝合金在真空钎焊炉中的温度均匀性进行有限元模拟。结果表明,样品在加热过程中的升温曲线分为三个阶段,第一阶段,样品之间的温差较小,升温速率较慢;第二阶段,样品之间温差逐渐增大,升温速率达到峰值;第三阶段,样品之间温差逐渐减小,最终达到设置的焊接温度,升温速率由峰值降到0。在加热过程中,大样品的数量显著影响温度场均匀性和样品升温速率,随着大样品的数量增加,加热滞后更明显,升温速率降低。样品的尺寸差别越小,温度均匀性越好。升温速率对温度场均匀性也有显著影响,升温速率越低,样品之间的温差越小,样品内部的温度分布越均匀。The finite element simulation of the temperature uniformity of 6061 aluminum alloy in vacuum brazing furnace was investigated based on the heat transfer theory. The results show that the heating curve consists of three stages during the heating process of samples. In the first stage, the temperature difference between samples is small and the heating rate is slow.In the second stage, the temperature difference between the samples gradually increases, and the heating rate reaches peak value. In the third stage, the temperature difference between samples gradually decreases, and the temperature of the samples finally reaches the set welding temperature, the heating rate significantly drops from the peak value to zero. During the heating process, the number of large sample significantly affects the uniformity of the temperature field and the heating rate of the sample. As the number of large sample increases, the heating lag becomes more obvious, and the heating rate decreases. The smaller the size difference of the sample, the better the uniformity of temperature. The heating rate also has a significant effect on the uniformity of the temperature field. The lower the heating rate, the smaller the temperature difference between samples and the more uniform the distribution of the temperature inside the samples.
