摘 要:开展了Ti-6Al-4V钛合金电火花线切割加工试验,研究了电参数对材料去除率、表面粗糙度的影响规律,并设计了正交试验方案,分析各因素对材料去除率、表面粗糙度指标的影响程度。结果表明:随脉冲宽度的增加,材料去除率先增大后减小,表面粗糙度值增大。材料去除率与表面粗糙度均随脉冲间隔比的增加而减小。脉冲宽度对材料去除率、表面粗糙度的影响最为显著。多次切割工艺可有效降低表面重铸层厚度与表面粗糙度值,有利于提升材料表面的疲劳寿命。电加工过程生成的反应膜可使加工表面着色,且颜色随反应膜的厚度不同而不同。通过改变电参数可使电火花线切割加工表面呈不同的颜色。The wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM) experiment of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was carried out.The influence of electrical parameters on the material removal rate and surface roughness was studied. The orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze the influence of various factors on the material removal rate and surface roughness. The results show that with the increase of pulse width, the material removal rate first increases and then decreases, and the surface roughness increases. Both material removal rate and surface roughness decrease with the increase of pulse interval ratio.The pulse width has the most significant effect on the material removal rate and surface roughness. The multiple cutting process can effectively reduce the thickness and roughness of the surface resolidification layer, which is good for improving the fatigue life of the machined surface. The reaction film produced in the process of WEDM can make the machined surface colored, and the color varies with the thickness of the reaction film. By changing the electrical parameters, the surface of WEDM can be colored differently.
