摘 要:为了解决印度分公司电机转子钎料和钎剂国产化过程中出现的钎料不爬坡问题,使用ONH联测仪、DSC差示扫描量热仪、能谱仪分别测定了钎料的氧含量、熔化温度区间和夹杂物含量,使用扫描电镜分析了钎料的金相组织,使用高温润湿炉分析了钎剂流铺性和钎料润湿性,找出了钎料不爬坡的原因,即钎料中的O、S和P含量高,钎剂高温去膜作用弱。采取提高钎焊温度和延长钎焊时间的措施,完成了印度分公司转子用钎料国产化验证。In order to solve the non-climbing slope problem of brazing filler material in the olocalization process of brazing filler material and flux for motor rotors in India branch, the oxygen content, melting temperature range and inclusion content of the brazing filler material were tested by using the ONH instrumental determination, DSC differential scanning calorimetry and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), respectively. The microstructure of the brazing filler material was analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The flux spreadability and wetting behavior of the brazing filler material were analyzed using high temperature wetting furnace. The reason of non-climbing slope of the brazing filler material was found out, which is high O, S and P content of the brazing filler material and weak ability to remove oxide film of the brazing flux at high temperature. The measures of increasing brazing temperature and prolonging brazing time were taken, and the localization verification of the brazing filler material for rotor brazing in India branch had been completed.
